The Role
As a PPC Manager, you will work in a team of three under the tutelage of an experienced Head of Performance. You will assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for a broad range of clients. You will also help manage our larger accounts. This account management will include helping with day-to-day PPC optimisations, monitoring of KPIs, forecasting and weekly / monthly reporting. While your role will focus on client account management and relationship building, you will also assist with expanding the team by mentoring and helping new Search Executives, and grow our client base by assisting with new client proposals and pitches.
Responsibilities
- Creating, developing & implementing effective paid media strategies across a number of search platforms (Google AdWords, Bing)
- Experience in managing multiple advertising accounts simultaneously, ideally in an agency setting
- Keyword and audience research
- Producing and A/B testing engaging ad copy
- Budget management and campaign optimisation
- Account and structure set up and campaign targeting
- Campaign optimisations (including bid adjustments, A/B testing, Search Query Reports, audiences, and other optimisation elements)
- Shopping campaign management, including working with product feeds.
- Monitor and evaluate account performance and provide recommendations based on objectives
- Campaign reporting
Requirements
- 4+ years experience with Google Shopping, Search Ads, Microsoft Ads and YouTube
- A history of working across a portfolio of ecommerce clients
- Strong Analytical skills
- Google AdWords certified
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Proficiency using Excel, Google Sheets and Reporting software
- Strong communication skills
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Experience with face-to-face client meetings
- Desirable – Experience with forecasting and setting client KPIs
- Desirable – experience with Programmatic Display Advertising
