Fluid Digital is an multi award-winning Magento e-commerce agency looking to hire a web designer to boost the capacity of their creative team.
Role Overview
As a digital designer at Fluid Digital you will be part of the creative team responsible for the UX / UI design work carried out by the agency. Working with multi-million pound e-commerce clients this role will cover all aspects of front-end discovery and design work and is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of an award-winning e-commerce development team.
Responsibilities:
- Design customer user journeys, wireframing and prototyping
- Create cutting edge responsive e-commerce user interfaces
- Assist in creation of specification documents
- Create moodboard(s) which gather together ideas for colour palettes, imagery, stylings and ideas on how certain functionality may be displayed
- Create customer personas and develop site persuasion architecture
Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge Required:
Essential
- Minimum 1 year professional experience preferably designing e-commerce sites
- An outstanding portfolio of work
- Master of industry design software such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge and experience in optimising customer journeys
- The ability to solve problems with beautiful and simple design
Desirable
- Working knowledge of HTML / CSS
